Family Sponsorship
Many of us are here at Walk the Walk today because we have been inspired by the brave face of a friend or family member who has fought this disease. Walk the Walk Family Sponsorships are available to honor a loved one’s continued fight or to memorialize a loved one lost to lung cancer.
Family Sponsorships include a path marker (a perennial plant with the Honoree’s Name noted in it), as well as a keepsake plaque recognizing your participation in the Family Sponsorship program.
Become a Family Sponsor and support the Lungevity Foundation. Family Sponsorships are available for a $100 donation. (This form must be completed and returned to us in order for your $100 donation to be recognized as a Family Sponsorship.)
